Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at wrapzen.in@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Reasons for return:
- Wrong design/model received
- Fitting error
- Defective piece
No refund/return will be entertained if:
- You don't like the design
- You ordered the wrong model
In case of Fragile products, Our policy allows you to return any fragile product that arrives damaged or broken, or if there is any other issue with the product. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
You can request us to cancel your order or edit the item(s) from your order before they are fulfilled i.e. until the order is processed, packed and shipping details are generated. For prepaid orders refunds will be initiated to your original form of payment within 24-48hrs.
Orders with Personalized item(s) and Pre-Order item(s) cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
We offer store credits which are valid for one year. Shipping and fulfilment costs cannot be refunded in case of return, please make sure that the item(s) you are returning is not damaged/used. Orders with Personalized or Sale item(s) cannot be returned.
